Got a trial for cheap, no where did I see it mention it would charge me 20 dollars a month. After 2 months I got 40 dollars taken away from me for using their website 2 times. The cons they list here are all true! When I tried to cancel it, they tried to lower the price down to how it originally looked on their website. The representative wouldn't stop talking about it, at first he said he'd lower it to 12 dollars, then he said he'd lower it to...

LiveCareer took over £200 through direct debit that I wasn't aware of, till my account got cancelled and cost me £450 for overdraft. When I called for a refund they refused "because there wasn't a recent month transaction" - due to my account been cancelled because of their drive to debit when I was away traveling..

I wanted to print a resume for $1 which appeared to be the deal.Instead, they subscribed me and billed me $20 a month for 5 months before I noticed them on my activity. They are deceptive and everyone should stay away from them and DO NOT give them your card information. I did like the resume they helped me build, and my current employers liked it when they hired me, but it is not worth your time. It is much more worth your time to open...

I signed up for that Trail they had for $1.95 and used the service for 2 hours. That was in May 2016. They have been charging my CC for $39.80 a month since saying that that was the contract I approved in email. I chatted with them today on-line and they claim that I signed up for a package. I never received an email and will fight to get my money back. They dropped off the chat after they agreed to stop charging but would not reply when I asked...

95 for a 14 day trial. However, upon signing up I was charged 27.60 GBP Pounds immediately. Although the site does say the charges will recur at $9.95 weekly every four weeks they immediately charge the $39.80 and do not refund charges. If you can cancel at any time, the first charge should be refundable and only the initial $1.95 should be charged. This is a scam and not as advertised. No one should be charged $39.80 until AFTER four weeks have...

My son is a college student who signed up for the trial and cancelled it the same day. They have continued to bill his account $39.80 for months. I finally called to cancel. They denied he had an account for almost 30 minutes. Once they found it, I demanded a credit. I finally reached a supervisor who didn't speak English well enough to write down my email for follow-up. They say the billing department will contact me in 3 days but don't...

95 trial and I didn't want to continue the service.I was charged nearly $40 to my credit card and there is not a customer "Conclusion"" at the top. Sneaky way for them to make a free $40 off people. Plus their resume service is terrible. It looks great on their site but when you download your resume it looks like garbage. And yes, I made sure I was using compatible software and all of that. Instead, without me noticing, they have been charging...

95 charge for a trial membership which would allow me to print it out. I figured for $1.95 why not. Was also fully aware that after the 14 day period I would be charged the 39ish dollar fee so I set an alarm on my calendar for 12 days and cancelled online through my account settings on their website (and didn't receive a confirmation email as another reviewer stated). A few days later I see the 39ish dollar charge plus an overdraft fee (knew I...
