Negative Stars If I Could
I got charged $23.95 as a surprise. Looking back, I probably should've read the fine print, so that's on me.
It's what happened afterward that was the issue. I emailed for days asking for a refund and nobody responded to me over email. I finally went to the chat, but they took FOREVER to respond. And then...When I said that I could not afford the service and that I needed a refund, they said "I think you need a new job, then.
You can use our service for a reduced price". Are you kidding me? I don't have the money now! What makes you think I'll keep paying for your crap service.
You don't answer emails and now you tell me I need a new job? And what do you think I was trying to do? I told them I'd call instead because honestly? Is it really acceptable to talk to people like that?
When I called, I ended up getting the refund (bless!) but not before the representative tried to sell me a discounted price maybe 10 times. He was very persistent. He was nice, don't get me wrong. But I said no a lot.
Definitely call if you want things settled, though.
The guy was nice, just, again, very persistent. With all of that, it feels a lot like a scam.

Subscription and Debit Card Issue
Such a Scam Business. I cancelled my subscription several times, but the system does not stop billing me and continues to do so.
They charged me for the first time on November 5, 2022.
When I told them there was a technical problem, they refused to accept it and assured me that I would not be charged again.
They have now charged me again on November 8, 2022. After conducting some investigation, I discovered that this firm is also defrauding other clients.
Whoever is reading this review, believe me, you will be disappointed with their service.
There is no customer service. They will not accept their fault.
Stay away from this company.
